The facility has one (1) 12,000-gallon Jet Fuel aboveground storage tank and one (1) dispenser. Monthly visual inspection documentation was available from November 2019 to May 2022. Missing release detection annual operability testing documentation for 2020, 2021, and 2022. Permanent records not available within 5 working days notice. | Description: | Met Erika Torres and walked through the system with Ryan Doty of Ocean Reef Airport Operations. This is a 12K gallon double walled AST with Jet A and aboveground piping to two tarmac dispensers. This location was affected by hurricane Irma and records prior to fall 2017 were not available. The AST is repainted and in good condition, and was checked by Abacon post-storm. The Greenleaf Solar gauge alarm test would not sound, nor were current (1 year) testing records of the device available. The facility is directed to repair or replace the device, and submit an operability test of the device indicating, at a minimum, that it operates as designed.
