| Description: | Facility Name: Armour Tight Concrete Installation Inspection Field Notes SITE VISITS: Contractor: Facility/Supplier Activities: Installation inspection is being done after-the-fact. Initial notification was not received by Manatee County PNRD. Three registration events were recorded last year with two being deleted. Facility ID# 9815482 was recorded and deleted twice. The final ID was issued under a former number. Tank origin is unknown. The tank does not have overspill protection as required in EQ-681. 4/25/2018 – Mark Trethewey on-site at 11:30 AM. One (1), 2,500-gallon Pee-Dee (EQ-681) double-wall steel aboveground petroleum storage tank has been installed. The tank was set on a concrete pad. Interstitial monitoring is visual via Krueger sight gauge (EQ-675). Fuel is supplied by a Fill-Rite pump w/ internal ASV (tank top mounted). Overfill protection is visual level gauging within sight of the deliverer (also Krueger gauge). All equipment over impervious surface. All signage was properly applied. Tank UL# D-845977 RELEASE DETECTION, as of 4/25/2018: a. Manual interstitial monitoring (sight gauge). b. Monthly visual inspections which includes visual monitoring of the double-walled tank, fills and spill containments, piping condition and surrounding area. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Not yet reviewed. INSTALLATION INSPECTION ONLY. Certain records and equipment associated with routine compliance inspections were not checked.
