Please ensure that all inspections are completed within 35 days. CP rectifiers functioning properly. All tank interstice monitoring points clean and dry. Tank fill area with catch basin as extra protection-clean and dry. Piping monitored by Perm Alert PAL-AT EQ# 91 leak detector. Functioning properly. All sensors and alarms are continously monitored in main control room. Minor corrosion observed on bottom of outer tank shell. Minor corrosion observed on piping.
