Description: TANKS: Consists of one 12,000-gallon double-walled, aboveground tank. Tank coating appears to be in satisfactory condition. No dripping/leaking issues were observed during the inspection. SPILL CONTAINMENT: - Tight fill, single-walled (SW) spill containment boxes located next to the tank, with a drain that was closed at time of inspection. No evidence of cracking or product/liquid observed during the inspection. The system is properly labeled. OVERFILL PROTECTION: – Equipped with an overfill prevention valve Morrison Clock Gauge with visual/audible alarm. The vents are present and observed to be in satisfactory condition. The alarm was tested and found to be nonfunctional. PIPING – Consists of a suction, steel/galvanized aboveground piping system with no contact with the soil. Except for minor corrosion, the aboveground piping was observed to be satisfactory condition. The piping is also equipped with solenoid/anti-siphon and manual isolation valves. Corrosion to metal components must be minimized by periodic maintenance. The facility conducts monthly visual inspections of visible/exposed tank components. HOSES/NOZZLES: The hoses and nozzles need to be changed. PLACARD: The Placard expiration date is: June 30, 2023. Storage tank registration fees are due to the Department each year by July 1. Ensure that your contact information is up-to-date with the Department in order to receive updates concerning your annual registration fees. Once fees are paid, you must print a copy of your placard from the Department's website: http://www.fldepportal.com/go/submit-registration/.
