Typically, when inspecting the generators behind the Walmart stores, I just use the store number to access the generator cabinet so a representative would not need to meet me onsite. Please confirm if the store number is the code needed to access the generator cabinets. Please provide the following records by email by August 16th: - the current registration placard - tank insurance coverage for 7/1/23 - present - monthly visual inspections for Sept. 2021 - present - testing of the release detection device for the past three years - testing of the high fuel level alarm or fuel level gauge for the past three years Thank you! My supervisor performed an installation inspection for the tank behind store 6398. I've attached the reports for review. We are looking for: testing of the interstitial spaces of the tanks from the time of installation, the 2018 & 2019 annual testing of release detection and overfill protection equipment, integrity testing of the spill containment buckets, and FDEP approved equipment numbers (for the tank, spill containment bucket, release detection devices, & overfill protection equipment installed). If you have any of the requested information, please supply for review. Or if there is a testing company I can reach out to for these records, please let me know.
