| Description: | A Routine Compliance Inspection was conducted on April 26, 2023, with Laura Pardal, Environmental Specialist III, Vincent Shanberg, Environmental Specialist III with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Marathon Office, and Isaac Rodriguez General Manager at Wharf SMI OpCo, The facility has one (1) 6,000-gallon unleaded gas double-walled aboveground storage tank and one dispenser. Release detection is provided by a Kreuger Leak Gauge. No overfill protection was identified at the time of the inspection. Annual operability testing for release detection was conducted on 1/6/2021, 1/17/2022, 1/11/2023. Integrity testing of the remote fill box was conducted on 1/6/2021, 1/17/2022, 1/11/2023. Dispenser sump integrity testing was conducted on 1/6/2021. Financial Responsibility documentation was available and dated from April 1, 2023 to April 2, 2024. Three years of monthly inspections were available and dated from January 2021 to April 2023 were available. . Placard was dated from to June 1 ,2022 to June 30, 2023. The following violations were cited: Missing overfill protection annual operability testing documentation for 2021, 2022, and 2023. Failure to properly designate overfill protection device for aboveground storage tank. Missing financial responsibility documentation for 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. The facility is missing API color-symbol system on the spill bucket for the tank.
