| Description: | Have never been to this facility. Tank system was apparently installed April of 2018. Generator with base tank. There was no install inspection performed. All contact info for owner listed in FIRST is incorrect. According to Leon County Property Appraiser site, This property is currently owned by Koger Office Realty LLC Additional violations added on 10/29/24. To date there has been no response by facility owner. 747 Middle Neck RD STE 101 Great Neck, NY 11024. I contacted a Benny Nabavian by email on 8/28/24( Namdar Realty Group). I heard back on 9/9/24 stating I need to get with Derrick Williams, the onsite manager. I was told by Mr. Williams through email on 9/30/24 that these sites were being leased and not being managed by him. Property and account owner listed in First is not current. Spoke by phone with the contact listed (Rodger Martinez) 469-990-6085. Mr. Martinez stated that he has not been associated with the facility for over 5 years. It appear that the Owner of these sites are as listed below.
