Both of them had no name for contractor designated. They are going to install three double wall fiberglass tank 1–20,000 gallon regular, 1–20,000 gallon compartmented 12 K premium/8K non-ethanol, one 12,000 gallon diesel tank with associated product piping feeding six multi product dispensers. Equipment list: EQ 275 containment solutions INC, underground double wall storage tank EQ 414 Emco Wheaton overfill drop tube with overfill protection well assembly, EQ 524, Emco Wheaton spill buckets, EQ 291 Ameron LCX piping, EQ 727 bravo dispenser Sumps, EQ 395 containment solution tank sumps, EQ – 335FE Petro mechanical leak detectors, EQ 724 Vitor rude TLS 450 tank gauge and leak detection and associated sensors All three tanks have a brine interstice. An As-Built drawing was submitted by MDM Services, Inc. to our office ,it couldn’t be uploaded with inspection because of size issue, Upon completion of the newly installed UST System, Valley Tank Testing tested all system equipment multiple time, few time annular space for 2 tanks failed. which included: Tanks, Piping, Leak Detectors, Shear Valves, Spill Buckets (Vacuum tested), Vapor Buckets, STP Sumps, Dispenser Sumps, Overfill Prevention Devices (Drop Tube Shutoff) ATG and all associated sensors / probes. See attachments for post construction testing results conducted by Valley Tank Testing. Later testing showed passing results. All equipment appears to have been installed per manufactures instructions. | ||||||||||
