| Description: | Met onsite with Kristopher Kembro (Cox Communications) for this After the Fact Storage Tank System Installation Inspection. A copy of the inspection report and compliance assistance letter will be emailed to Kristopher Kembro (kristopher.kembro@coxinc.com) and Brandy Brickey (brandy.brickey@coxinc.com). Two identical Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs) were installed in January of 2021. Notification of the tanks' installation was never given to our department - violation issued and resolved. TANK: AST #4 is registered as containing Vehicular Diesel but Tank #4 is labeled as containing Unleaded Gas - violation issued. Registration must be corrected to register Tank #4 as containing Unleaded Gas. Violation remains open until the registration is updated. AST #4 is a 1016 gallon Fuel Cube (FCP 1000) tank manufactured by Western Global (EQ-765). This tank is equipped with a normal vent and emergency vents. AST #4 Release Detection - The tank is not equipped with a release detection device - violation issued during routine inspection and remains opens. AST #4 Overfill - Rochester Fuel Level Gauge (EQ-901). Annual operability testing of the Rochester Fuel Level Gauge is overdue - violation issued during routine inspection and remains opens. AST #4 Dispenser - The dispenser hose is not equipped with a break-away device - violation issued during routine inspection and remains opens.
