Description: TANKS: Tank 1 and tank 2 are compartmented, double wall underground storage tank systems that were installed in August of 2021. These systems are Plasteel Elutron tank (EQ-333) with tank 1 containing a capacity of 10000 gallons divided between 5000 gallon diesel compartment and a 5000 gallon non-ethanol compartment. Tank 2 is compartmented with regular and premium fuel to a capacity of 25000 gallons total. Both use pressurized piping system to transport fuel from the tank through double wall piping to dispensers. The tank's registration notes steel construction and requires correcting or cathodic protection if the tanks are composed of solely steel - violation was issued. STP SUMPS: The regular STP sump appears to have a leak at the mechanical line leak detector device area. The source of the leak needs to be determine and addressed - violation issued. SPILL CONTAINMENT: The spill containment buckets were clean and dry at the time of inspection. Associated gauges showed no liquid present at the time of inspection. The spill containment buckets for the regular, premium and non-ethanol, along with the vapor recovery buckets are not in 2020 API requirements - violation issued. OVERFILL PREVENTION: The facility uses flapper valves for overfill prevention monitoring. DISPENSERS: The dispensers sumps were clean and dry at the time of inspection. Dispenser hoses and nozzles appeared to be maintained in good condition at the time of inspection. RELEASE DETECTION: The facility uses a Veeder Root TLS 450 Plus system to monitor the interstitial space of the tanks and the STP sumps. All functions were normal at the time of inspection. RECORDS: The following facility records were received, including the Operator Training Certifications, Placard posted in facility, associated tank component testing, monthly visual inspection with electronic release detection ATG printouts, and financial responsibility forms.
