| Description: | An After-the-Fact Installation inspection was conducted on September 25, 2024, with Rebecca Maib, Environmental Specialist II, with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Brad Ostendorf, Senior Environmental Scientist, with AdkinsRealis, in coordination with Broward County. The facility installed a (1) 969-gallon UL-142 Double Wall (DW) aboveground belly tank (EQ #497) with secondary containment (EQ #916) for diesel emergency generator in October 2020. The tank had fill port spill containment (EQ #778), Krueger gauge (EQ #675) for overfill, High level Fuel Switch (EQ #817) for primary overfill, and Leak Detection Switch (EQ #817) for release detection. The System is monitored by the Remote Annunciator UL Nema4. The tank and components did not appear to have any signs of corrosion during inspection. An Area of Concern was issued due to a manual alarm history log was not provided since the electronic panel is unable to print an alarm history long. The department issued violations for the facility not providing the Financial Responsibility for October 2020 – December 2023, Annual Operability Testing for 2022, placing fuel in an unregistered regulated storage tank, and Monthly Inspection Reports from October 2020 – December 2021.
