06/11/2021 5034 SNC-B 3.15 Storage tank system not installed according to reference guidelines for shop fabricated tank systems. Have vent piping installed to meet the general requirements for storage tanks. Submit a copy of the invoice and pictures to the inspector for review. Email: Monica.Wilson@FLHealth.gov

06/11/2021 5042 SNC-B 3.22 Failure to provide approved overfill protection for shop fabricated tank systems. Have an overfill device installed on the 12,000 gallon tank. If the smaller tank next to the 12,000 gallon tank (about 2,000 gallon) is in use, an overfill device would need to be installed, if not, the tank will need to be registered accordingly. The tank in the pole barn will need to have an operability test completed. Submit invoice, testing results for all currently and newly installed overfill device, registration form and pictures to the inspector for review. Email: Monica.Wilson@FLHealth.gov.

06/11/2021 5093 SNC-A 3.6 Shop fabricated storage tank systems not provided with a release detection method to detect a new release from any portion of the system, including interstitial spaces. It cannot be determined how the release detection is monitored for the 12,000 gallon tank and the Pole Barn Tank. Verify that the tanks do have an interstice and have a release detection device installed. Submit a copy of the invoice, pictures and operability test results of the release detection device. If the tank or tanks are single-walled, the product would need to be immediately emptied and the tank place out-of-service or properly closed. Single wall tanks that are regulated size are required to be in an FDEP approved containment dike. Email: Monica.Wilson@FLHealth.gov

06/11/2021 4045 SNC-B 4.22 Storage tank system not installed with a spill containment system at each tank fill connection. Does not meet performance requirements.
