| Description: | TANKS: Tank 4 and tank 5 are fiberglass clad steel, double wall underground storage tanks that were installed in 03/01/2007. These USTs use a double wall pressurized piping system to transport 12000 gallons of unleaded gas from tank 4 and 12000 gallons premium and diesel fuel from the compartmented tank 5. STP SUMPS: The STP sumps were mostly clean and dry at the time of inspection . The entry boots for regular , premium, and diesel were capped for the diesel sump and need to be removed. SPILL CONTAINMENT: The premium, regular and diesel spill bucket were clean and dry at the time of inspection . The single walled spill bucket was not properly tested and the results were not properly recorded.. OVERFILL PREVENTION: The facility uses drop tube devices for overfill prevention. DISPENSERS: The dispenser sumps were clean and dry at the time of inspection. The entry boots and sump appeared to be in good condition for all dispenser sumps. Dispenser hoses and nozzles appeared to be in good condition at the time of inspection. RELEASE DETECTION: The facility uses a Veeder Root TLS 350 J Automatic Tank Gauge system to monitor the interstitial space of the tanks. Release detection testing is unclear for one sensor was tested for two separate tanks. All functions were normal for ATG at time of inspection. RECORDS: All facility records were received, including the Operator Training Certifications, Placard posted in facility, associated tank and component testing, monthly visual inspection with electronic release detection ATG printouts, and financial responsibility forms.
