As we discussed, Special Data Processing Corporation (SDPC) no longer exists. It was legally dissolved in September of 2008. Our firm represents the company that purchased SDPC's assets. That entity had it's operations at the Highway 19 location from September 2008 through March 2009 as a month to month tenant. There was never any lease between our client and the owner of the property. Our client did not agree to operate the storage tank on behalf of the owner in the brief period of time that they were a tenant in the building. At this time, the owner of the property (or its designee) is responsible for the operation and ownership of the tank and I request that further correspondence be sent directly to the owner. In addition, I respectfully request that you remove SDPC as an owner and operator of this tank in your files and dismiss any further enforcement against that entity.
