The entry states that an insert was installed 03/12/2010 which could also apply to a double walled. Deactivate the Integrity Test - Double-walled Spill Bucket testing on 07/16/2020. While there are testing records to support this, the inspection indicates that the spill buckets are single walled, so this testing is invalid. Good job overall.

Examine the annual function test data - a pass alone is not sufficient. The tester must demonstrate 3.0 gph discharge detection for the mechanical (flow restrictor). Note that the electronic (auto shut off) line leak detector does not need an annual test, but must still be able to detect a 0.2 gph leak after it has been tripped at 150% line operating pressure. Replacements - unit must be tested out of the box - function must be proven. 3.0 gph = 185.4 ml/min (To convert milliliters/minute to gallons/hour, multiple the milliliters by 0.0162162; or, 1 gph equals 61.8 ml/min). Tanks arrived on flat bed trailor from factory. Tanks set in tank excavation that is lined with filter mech and pea graval. 20,000 gallon tank for regular gas Ul #65925 set with vacume of 16 inches had 16 inches from factory. 20,000 gallon compartmented tank, 12,000 gallons for diesel and 8,000 gallons for reguler Ul #659204, set with 9 inches of vacume from factory 9 inches. Tanks were then tied to deadmen with six straps each the ballist with water and backfilled with pea graval to top on the 26th.

Description: 5-24-06 T I V Entry to sumps redone correctly. Contractor put air on piping and readings noted after regulated time. 50 psi for regular primary 5 psi reguar secondary, 50 for diesel primary, 5psi diesel secondary, and 50 psi for premium primary, 5 premium secondary. Water in sumps. No boubles seen or drop in levels.

Description: T I V 5-19-06 Tank sumps, dispenser liners, and piping installed. A C Carroll observed that piping was installed at an angle at sumps and this would not allow a consistant fusing around the entry.
