AST has been set on site; system was not observed offloaded. Tank was set onto a concrete pad and secured. Not yet in use. The system was manufactured by: Unknown 2/23/2022 – Mark Trethewey on-site at 10:00AM. Tank is equipped with a steel-fabricated spill bucket and a Kruger interstitial gauge (EQ 675) and Morrison alarm at the spill bucket for overfill protection. Facility is using unregulated ASTs for fuel. STRF has been submitted to FDEP. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Commerce & Industry: 9/16/2021 to 9/16/2022. 6/8/2022 – Mark Trethewey on-site at 10:00AM Facility is now using tank in addition to smaller tanks. This system is used, former location is unknown. Multiple requests have been made for information; none have been provided. Former location somewhere in Largo/Clearwater. No previous Facility ID. Tank tests have not been received. RELEASE DETECTION, as of 6/8/2022: a. Monthly visual inspections which includes electronic interstitial monitoring (sensor). Inspections shall also include the tank exterior, spill containment, overfill alarm, interstitial gauge and surrounding area. The following documents are due: 1.
