Routine; Used Oil Transporter On April 6, 2023, Carly Cogburn, Michael Eckoff, And Gina Laddick, Florida Department Of Environmental Protection (Fdep Or Department), Inspected Cummins Incorporated (Cummins Or Facility) Located At 4820 North Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, Florida, For Compliance With State And Federal Used Oil Regulations. The Facility Was Represented By Mike Nance, Area General Manager.
Cummins Incorporated Is Registered As A Used Oil Transporter And Transfer Facility As Well As A Used Oil Filter Transporter And Transfer Facility With A Registration Expiration Date Of June 30, 2024. The Facility Also Notified As A Hazardous Waste Very Small Quantity Generator With The Epa Identification Number Fld982091282.
| Cummins Performs Customer-Owned Backup Generator Maintenance Off-Site. Part Of This Process Requires The Facility To Drain The Used Oil And Transport The Used Oil To The Facility. The Facility Has A Front Shop And A Back Shop.
The Front Shop Houses A 400-Gallon Used Oil Tank In Secondary Containment Properly Labeled “Used Oil.”
In The Back Shop Is A Doubled-Walled 500-Gallon Used Oil Tank Properly Labeled “Used Oil,” And Two Containers On Containment Pallets For Used Oil Filters Properly Labeled “Used Oil Filters.”

A Copy Of Valid Registration And Facility Identification Number Is Posted In A Prominent Place.
Disposal Records For Used Oil And Used Oil Filters Were Reviewed On-Site. Used Oil And Used Oil Filters Are Picked Up From The Facility By Heritage-Crystal Clean, Llc, Epa Id Ilr000130062, And Transported To Heritage-Crystal Clean, Llc’S Plant City, Florida Facility.

- Service Tickets From 2023 [62-710.510(1), F.A.C.]
