04/04/2024 Site Inspection Site Visit; Closed A Site Visit Was Conducted At 2671 Edison Ave, Fort Myers, Florida On April 4, 2024. The Facility Recently Notified As A Very Small Quantity Generator Of Hazardous Waste, And Registered As A Used Oil And Used Oil Filter Transporter And Transfer Facility On February 22, 2024. An Annual Report By Used Oil And Used Oil Filter Handlers (Dep Form 62-710.901(3)) For Reporting Period January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023 Was Included With The Facility'S Registration. Lee County Property Appraiser Records Review Indicates Sunstate Palm Properties Llc Owns The 1.76 Acre Property And Almost 7,000 Sf Building. Email Communication With Vincent Skreba, Cummins Inc Hse Director, South Operations Revealed The Facility Has Discontinued Operations At This Location. It Was Also Noted That A Closure Notification Was En Route To Department'S Used Oil Management Program. Upon Arrival Inspectors Observed Active Renovation And No Signs Of Active Used Oil Handling Operations. This Facility No Longer Operates As A Generator Of Hazardous Waste, Or A Used Oil And Used Oil Filter Transporter And Transfer Facility.
