Hull'S Has Relocated To This Location From It'S Previous Location At 11231 Highway 77 In Southport, Florida And Has Not Had A Hazardous Waste Inspection At This Location By Department Staff Since Moving To This New Location. | A Routine Inspection Of Hull'S Was Conducted On September 30, 2020 To Ensure Compliance With The Resource Conservation And Recovery Act And With State And Federal Hazardous Waste Transporter Regulations. Hull'S Is Registered As A Transporter And Does Not Operate As A Transfer Facility, Meaning No Materials Are Stored On Site. The Facility Inspection Was Facilitated By Mr. Steve Hamilton, The Area Manager And Jesse Hixson The Facility Manager. The Inspection Consisted Of A Review Of The Facility'S Records And A Walk Through Of The Property.
The Facility'S Records And Receipts Were Reviewed First:, Including Manifests For Hazardous Waste Shipments, Facility Liability Insurance Documentation And In-House Employee Training Records. The Facility Has Only Had One Hazardous Waste Shipment That Has Occurred Since The Latest Department Inspection. This Shipment Occurred On November 20, 2019 And Was A 200 Lb Shipment Of Nitrocellulose From Tyndall Air Force Base. The Designated Facility For This Material Was Psc Allworth (Ald094476793). The Facility Has A Current Copy Of Their Transporter Registration For Hazardous Waste Displayed As Required In Their Main Office.
The Property The Facility Has Been Relocated To Is Much Larger Than Their Previous Location. There Is An Existing Sheet Metal Building On Site That Has Been Present Since The 1950s Though It Has Sustained Damage Due To Hurricane Michael. The Facility Is Currently Working With Their Insurance Company To Repair/Replace This Structure And Is Currently Using It To Store Equipment And Supplies. The Facility Relocated The Pole Barn That Had Been Installed At Their Prior Location To Store Boats And Other Equipment And Vehicles Under. The Facility Has Several Conex Style Boxes On Site That Are Used To Securely Store Supplies Needed For Emergency Response Activities. The Facility Also Has A Semi Trailer Used To Store Similar Supplies To Keep Them Dry And Out Of The Weather, As The Current Metal Building Is Not Weather Proof Since The Damage It Suffered Due To Hurricane Michael. Currently On Site During The Time Of The Inspection Were: 7 Boats Used In Response Activities, 4 Semi Trucks With 6 Semi Trailers Of Various Types, 2 Vac-Trucks, A Vacuum Roll-Off Container And 4 Pick Up Trucks. The Facility Has A Small Portion Of The Property Set Aside To Stage Empty Roll Off Containers (Another Portion Of The Business) But Only 1 Empty Roll Off Was Present In This Area At The Time Of The Inspection.

Hull'S Has Finished Its Relocation To This Location From It'S Previous Location At 11231 Highway 77 In Southport, Florida And Had Its Last Inspection At This Site On September 30th, 2020. Hulls Last Notified On March 16th, 2023. | A Routine Inspection Of Hull'S Was Conducted On May 10th, 2023, To Ensure Compliance With The Resource Conservation And Recovery Act And With State And Federal Hazardous Waste Transporter Regulations. Currently On Site During The Time Of The Inspection Were: 9 Boats Used In Response Activities, 2 Semi-Trucks With 4 Semi-Trailers Of Various Types, 3 Vac-Trucks, A Vacuum Roll-Off Container And 12 Pick-Up Trucks. The Facility Has A Small Portion Of The Property Set Aside To Stage Empty Roll Off Containers (Another Portion Of The Business) With A Total Of 96 Empty Roll Off Containers Located On Site.
