Ims Was Represented By Noel Fetters, Operations Coordinator. A Florida Hazardous Waste Transporter Approval Letter Was Issued To Ims For The 13415 Sullivan Road, Minneola, Florida, Location On May 22, 2018. The Transporters Updated Certificate Of Liability Insurance Was Received By The Department On May 14, 2019. Ims'S Hazardous Waste Transporter Operations Were Previously Located At 501 South Disston Avenue, Minneola, Florida. The Disston Avenue Site Currently Serves As An Office And Will Eventually Be Relocated To The Sullivan Road Location. While Ims Offers 24-Hour Per Day, Seven Days Per Week, Emergency Response Operations, The Facility Is Only Open From 8:00 Am To 6:00 Pm Monday Through Friday. The Facility Has Seven Employees And Is Connected To City Water For Drinking, An Irrigation Well For Non-Potable Water, And Has A Portable Toilet. | Ims Is An Emergency Response Contractor. The Company Responds To Vehicle Accidents Primarily Removing Fuels From Tanks, Removing Non-Hazardous Materials, And Excavating Petroleum Contaminated Soils. The Facility Is Not Actively Transporting Hazardous Waste Or Used Oil. Petroleum Contaminated Soils Arrive At The Facility In 55-Gallon Drums. The Containers Are Consolidated Into Roll-Off Containers And Shipped Off-Site For Disposal. Non-Hazardous Soils Are Shipped To A Permitted Non-Hazardous Waste Landfill. Potentially Hazardous Soils Are Excavated At The Accident Location By A Contractor And The Contaminated Soil Is Shipped Directly To A Rcra Permitted Destination Facility. Records Are Not Currently Maintained On-Site. Following The Inspection, Copies Of Hazardous Waste Manifests Were Requested For The Past Three Years. Manifests Provided Document Ims Is Not Operating As A Hazardous Waste Transporter, They Contract That Work Out To Another Registered Hazardous Waste Transporter. Located In The Facility Yard Were Eight 55-Gallon Drums And One Roll-Off Container Of Non-Hazardous Petroleum Contaminated Soil And Absorbents.The Roll-Off Was Covered To Prevent Rain Water From Entering The Container. | Incident Management Solutions Was Inspected As A Hazardous Waste And Used Oil Transporter And No Violations Were Cited As A Result Of This Inspection.
07/13/2023 Site Inspection Routine; Used Oil Transporter On July 12, 2023, Wanda Robles And Michael Eckoff, Florida Department Of Environmental Protection (Fdep Or Department) Conducted A Compliance Inspection At Incident Management Solutions Inc. (Ims) For Compliance With State And Federal Hazardous Waste And Used Oil Transporter Requirements. The Facility Is Located At 13415 Sullivan Rd, Minneola, Fl. One Site Representative Was Ms. Nora Rikhram, Operations Coordinator, And Mrs. Judy Yaeger, Owner. Incident Management Solutions Inc. Is Registered As A Used Oil Transporter Facility. The Facility Was Issued Epa Identification Number Flr000226449. Used Oil Transporter Registration Is Current Until June 30, 2024. The Transporter'S Certificate Of Liability Insurance Expires February 4, 2024 And Was Posted At The Facility. Incident Management Solutions Inc. Has Been At This Location Since May 2018. The Facility Is Open From 8:00 Am To 6:00 Pm Monday Through Friday. However, Offers 24 Hours Per Day, Seven Days Per Week, Emergency Response Operations.
