This report provides storage tank and facility data for all sites where there is located a mineral acid
storage tank that is regulated by Chapter 62-762, F.A.C. Information includes facility ID, name and address
info; facility status, type, and DEP contractor-owned flag (indicates the facility owner is also a contractor
with the Storage Tank Compliance Verification Program and compliance inspections are performed by DEP district staff);
storage tank ID, capacity in gallons, placement (underground or aboveground), installation date, content, status,
status date, and a tank indicator that the system is single-walled "SW" or double-walled "DW." "DW" indicates that
both the tank construction and the piping construction of the system have secondary containment.
