The Operation Certification Program frequently receives requests for information regarding our current license holders. Below you will find two options that will provide you with the names
and addresses of “Active” or “Inactive” license holders within our program. Select the options that you need and click on "Submit". The application will download the data you selected for
saving to your computer. You may then sort this data (in a manner of your choosing) to separate and extract only the data you need. This is real time data and reflects what is currently in
the Operator Certification Program database.
